As much as possible we aim to provide a smooth and seamless experience for users on call2innovate. However, if you encounter any bugs or issues, reporting this is crucial to helping us improve.
To report bugs or issues, we have outlined a guide below on how to report bugs to our support team efficiently.

Identify the Issue - Identify and describe the bug or issue you're experiencing. Include as many details as possible, such as what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Take Screenshots - if applicable, take screenshots or record a short video showing the problem. This can help our support team understand and resolve the issue more quickly.
Note Additional Details - Note the browser and device you were using where the bug occurred, and if possible list the steps you took that led to the issue. If the bug can be replicated, provide instructions so our team can reproduce it on their end.
Contact our Support Team - Send an email to support@call2innovate.com that includes all the gathered information about the bug. Using our live chat is also available to report the issue directly to a support representative.
What happens next?
Once a bug is reported, our team will investigate the issue to determine its cause. If the bug is confirmed, our team will document the bug and work on it as soon as possible.
