Keeping your organization's profile up-to-date is essential for accurately representing your brand, and maintaining a professional and engaging presence on the call2innovate platform. This is crucial for connecting with the right participants and potential collaborators or stakeholders. To update your organization profile information, follow the steps below:
Log in to your account and click the profile picture in the homepage's top right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear.
(If you're in participant mode, you can switch to host by clicking on the "Switch role" beside your profile picture)
Click on the "Account Settings" on the Drop-down menu
Unlike the user profile, there are several additional fields not found in the onboarding process for the organization in the account settings. The additional fields are as follows:
Industry - This is where you specify the industries the organization is involved in. This helps in categorizing your organization and making it easier for relevant participants and stakeholders to notice you.
Organization Details - This is where you provide a brief description of your organization, highlighting what your organization does or provides your mission, vision, and services.
Contact Number - Include or update the main phone number for your organization for easy contact.
Social Media Links - This is where you enter the URLs for your organization's social media profiles such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, X(Twitter), and Instagram.
After updating your information and you're satisfied, click on the "Save" button and you're done.
