Reset or Change Password

If you need to reset your password for security reasons or update purposes, you can easily do so through your account settings. To change your password, follow the steps below:
Log in to your account and click the profile picture in the homepage's top right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click on the "Account Settings" on the Drop-down menu
Navigate to the Password Tab and click the "Reset Password" button. This will trigger an email to be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Check your email and find the password reset email from call2innovate, open the email and click on the reset password button/link provided.
The button/link will redirect you to a secure page where you can enter your new password, enter your new password then click the "Reset password" button to finish the process.
(Note: Make sure your new password is clean and unique, use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.)
