How can I see and manage my hackathon?

Managing your hackathon is seamless at call2innovate as you will have access to a comprehensive dashboard for overseeing every aspect of your hackathon. To do that follow these steps below along with an overview of what call2innovate's host dashboard consists of:

Go to the "My Hackathon" tab and click on the hackathon card you want to manage.

Once you have picked the hackathon you want to manage, you will be redirected to the hackathon's main dashboard.

There will be 5 sections available on this page, organized under a navigation menu for easy access. The overview of each section is explained below:

Overview - This part is where you can modify the details from the essential form, timeline form, and judging details form.
Challenges - This is where you can find and update the challenges from the Rules and Challenges Form.
Rules - This is where you can find and update the rules from the Rules and Challenges Form.
FAQs - This is where you can find and update the frequently asked questions from the Rules and Challenges Form.
Updates - This is a feature of the hackathon dashboard where hosts can share important announcements and keep participants informed by posting regular updates.
Additional Tabs - A feature for Premium Users, a maximum of 3 additional tabs can be added to enhance the participant experience by creating a more engaging and organized event (IE. Roadshows, Webinars, etc).

Participants - Contains the list of all registered participants along with their details and the ability to email them directly.
Registration Questions - This is where you can review the questions being asked in the registration process.

Submissions - Contains a list of all the submissions by the participants and the details of the submission. A feature to email the participants directly is available here.
Submission Form - This is where you can review the questions being asked in the submission form.

The hackathon dashboard is designed to provide the host will all the necessary tools to run a well-organized, engaging, and impactful hackathon for participants and everyone involved.

How can I see and manage my hackathon?

Go to the "My Hackathon" tab and click on the hackathon card you want to manage.
