✏️Updating Scores and Remarks

As a judge, there are times when you may need to update your scores or remarks for a submission after the initial evaluation. To be able to update your scores, follow the steps below:

(Note: You can only update your scores and remarks if the judging stage period is still open. Once the judging stage period has closed, no further changes can be made. Be sure to complete any updates before the deadline.)

1. Log in to your account and click on the hackathon with the submission you want to update, be sure you're in the "Active Events" tab.

2. Once on the judging dashboard for the hackathon, click on the "View Submission" to view the submission you want to update. This will reopen the detailed view of the submission. (Sorting the list to "Graded" makes it much easier to find submission scores to update)

1. Update the score by simply clicking into the score field and entering the new one. Be sure to modify the scores according to the criterion given.

2. In the remarks text box, update your feedback to reflect any new insights or changes in your evaluation. Make sure your remarks remain constructive and clear.

3. Double-check your updated scores and remarks then, click the "Update" button to record your changes. This will overwrite the overall score.
