This is where the hosts can oversee and manage all participant entries. This section provides an overview of everyone who has registered for the hackathon, whether they are individual participants or part of a team.
The registration section of the manage your hackathon contains are as follows:
Participants - A complete list of all the registered participants, categorized depending on the required setting set by the host (Individual entries or team required entries). This is where you can also contact each participant by clicking on the mail icon.
Individual Entries - Individuals who have registered for the hackathon independently. Each entry includes essential details such as the participant's information and the responses to the registration questions by the participants.
Team Entries - List of teams registered for the hackathon. Each team entry includes the team's name, team members, and the responses to the registration questions by the team. You can expand each team entry to view each members details.
Registration Questions - The questions from the , hosts can review and edit all the questions asked during the registration process. This ensures all necessary information is being collected and that the questions align with the hackathon.
(Note: It is important to take note that you can edit the registration questions, but only if no participants have registered yet. This ensures that all participants are asked the same questions and that the registration process remains fair and consistent.)
For Premium Users, hosts have the added benefit of exporting the participant list to a CSV file. This feature allows for easy data management and analysis and provides a convenient way to manage offline records and integration of data with other tools or platforms.
